Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting Consultant to join our team and support enterprise-scale workforce management initiatives. This role will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective workforce management solutions.
- Optimize workforce scheduling processes to align with operational goals, productivity targets, and labor compliance standards.
- Configure scheduling rules, pay rules, accruals, and timekeeping workflows within the UKG ecosystem.
- Support data migration activities, system integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure stable and accurate implementations.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and create comprehensive system documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting.
- Solid understanding of labor compliance regulations and union rules.
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
- Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and Workforce Central (WFC).
- Familiarity with UKG Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience integrating UKG with Dell Boomi, SAP, or Workday.
