Role Overview

We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Talent, and Performance modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver functional solutions across multiple Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Talent, and Performance functionalities.
  • Participate in Workday implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align Workday functionality with business processes.
  • Provide functional expertise across multiple Workday projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Talent & Performance.
  • Active Workday Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience working on at least two Workday implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
