Workday Functional Consultant – Absence

Role Overview
This role focuses on Workday Absence Management, with additional exposure to Compensation. The consultant will primarily work in a functional capacity, supporting configuration and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Absence Management functionality.
- Participate in at least one implementation project focused on Absence or related functional areas.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Support additional functional areas based on individual strengths and interests.
Required Experience
- Experience as a functional consultant within the Workday ecosystem.
- Strong configuration experience in Absence Management.
- Exposure to Compensation is preferred.
