Role Overview

The Workday Integration Consultant will focus on designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. This role requires strong experience in Workday integration tools and the ability to engage directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, XSLT, Document Transformation, and Reports.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements.
  • Lead or support integration development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver integration solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Strong experience in Workday Integrations and EIBs.

Good to Have:

  • Workday Studio
  • BIRT

Consulting & Soft Skills

  • Strong consulting fundamentals and client-facing experience.
  • Self-starter with ownership of deliverables.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
