Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Security Lead specializing in HCM implementations, support, and security design. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding HCM data throughout implementation and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Lead end-to-end security framework development during implementations.
- Ensure access controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional, and technical teams.
- Facilitate security requirement gathering and design sessions.
Security Design & Architecture
- Develop and maintain security roles, groups, and permissions.
- Design and implement segregation of duties models.
- Conduct security reviews and proactively mitigate risks.
EIB Loads
- Oversee secure data loads and integrations using EIB
- Ensure sensitive data is transferred and archived securely.
- Define standards for secure EIB configurations and troubleshooting.
